Summary:
To gain an understanding of basic project management concepts & techniques in order to plan and control projects leveraging the Clarity application. Moderate use of CA Clarity is not presumed to optimize the benefits of this class.

This class is designed for Project Managers and Project Team Members who have no formal training in structured project management concepts, practices or techniques.

Prerequisites:
Students should have basic concepts concerning the use of the Clarity application such as timekeeping.
