This course is designed to teach all administrator functions of CA-Dispatch Release 11 from the system generation parameters to integration with other CA products. Students will learn implementation procedures, report tracking, archiving and retrieval functions, system internals, daily maintenance procedures, and security set-ups using IBM-RACF, CA-TopSecret or CA-ACF2.
