Cloud Computing describes new business models for hosting applications, storage, application development platforms, and supporting infrastructure as part of a "cloud" of services, delivering customers a defined level of quality of service at a predictable price, with the flexibility enterprises need to quickly evolve and manage the scope of the services based on rapidly changing requirements.
