Protech Training Business Processing Assessment

ProTech’s Business Processing Assessment (BPA) is a comprehensive assessment of the IT computer system, with emphasis on system diagnostics and workflow analysis.

The ProTech-BPA will:

Assess the performance of the hardware and software Identify areas to improve efficiency and productivity Establish system benchmarks, which can be used for measurability in future projects

Prioritize the recommended improvement projects

The goals of ProTech’s-BPA are:

To establish a better understanding of the hardware and software performance

Identify opportunities for improvements through additional automation, training, and business models

Identify measurable system benchmarks to monitor implemented improvements

As part of the ProTech-BPA assessment, we examine the following areas in depth:

After the Data Collections phases, we perform an analysis of Business Processing and the supporting hardware and software. This gives us a comprehensive understanding of your business and the environment. We will use the assessment to identify system benchmarks to measure improvements.

Measurements and Finding Report

The ProTech-BPA assessment will result in three deliverables:

1) A final presentation summarizin
2) A final written report describing our findings and conclusions
3) Recommendations.

The final report will be organized into five sections:

Executive Summary—A brief summary of the report Background—A description of the BPA methodology ProTech BPA—An assessment of the Business Processes and EnvironmentWorkflow Analysis—A discussion of the opportunities for improvements identified during the assessment

Summary of Recommendations—A summary of the recommendations stated or implied in the final report

Recommended Implementation Plan

Once the ProTech-BPA Findings and Recommendations are presented to your IT management, the ProTech-BPA team will prepare a recommended implementation plan using the feedback and direction given to us by your IT management leaders. This plan will include high-level projects, time lines, resources, and cost estimates.
