After the Data Collections phase, we perform a workflow analysis in which we examine in detail the Data Center's actual work processes and the use of solutions set products. This gives us a comprehensive understanding of your Data Center Operations. We will use the Data Collections and Workflow Analysis to identify a means to measure improvements and opportunities for additional solution set products.

Recommended Implementation Plan
Once the OPA Findings and Recommendations are presented to your IT management, the OPA team will prepare a recommended implementation plan using the feedback and direction given to us by your IT management leaders. This plan will include high-level projects, time lines, resources, and cost estimates.
