Implementing Application Lifecycle Management v11

Email this Page    Print-Friendly Version

Summary:
Implementing ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) version 11 is designed to help organizations understand and plan for an ALM implementation. This class is beneficial both to organizations new to ALM and organizations updating to ALM from older versions of Quality Center. This course is designed primarily for the ALM Implementation team and focuses on the startup tasks necessary for a successful ALM implementation. This class is most effective when the entire ALM implementation team attends training together.Individual Projects and Templates are required for each class participant, so this class requires some specific environment setup when taught on-site using a client instance of ALM. The recommended approach is for each participant to have a workstation that can run a 20 gig Virtual Machine (VM) containing an individual instance of ALM, so that all students can participate in all exercises without fear of project conflicts or unnecessary stress on a client environment.
