Summary:
This course is designed for those who want an introductory overview of project organizational, planning and control tools and techniques necessary for the effective management of any project. Participants will then gain the skills with Microsoft Project 2007 to create a project plan file containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan. You will also learn to exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create custom reports, and reuse project plan information.
