Summary:
This course provides a service-oriented architecture (SOA) platform to integrate business components and services into automated business processes. It covers the JBoss ESB 4.2 and its various services, including: registries, transformation services, routing, web services, rules services, and service orchestration.

Audience:
This course is targeted at system architects and application developers, with some experience with Java and messaging technology, who want to use the JBoss ESB to create and / or integrate applications using a service oriented architecture.
Prerequisites:
Students should have basic Java competency and some understanding of messaging and message oriented middleware and Web services and related standards (SOAP, WSDL). No Java EE specific experience is required for the course, but students who need to know how to integrate with Java EE will obviously need appropriate experience
