Protech Training Virtual Learning

ProTechtraining.com now offers Live Online Virtual Learning. Online training is similar to our Instructor-Led Training. Students who participate will have the same added benefit of interaction with one of ProTech’s qualified instructors. The only difference is they are located in their remote office. All that is required is high-speed Internet connection, telephone and a computer with a web browser.

Flexibility - ProTech will be able to offer you our Live Online Virtual Learning as an onsite/dedicated or public class.

Features & Functionality:

Audio Controller - Utilize cost-effective, integrated voice over internet protocol (VoIP) to conduct live presentations. Choose 1-way or 2-way and manage user interaction through floor controls that allow you to manage the room. Users without microphones or headsets can even participate via an integrated telephone feature.

Public and Private Chat - Students can chat publicly and privately.

Hand Raising - Students can virtually raise their hand when they have questions.

Electronic Whiteboard - The slides are presented in a whiteboard to make it easy to annotate content. The whiteboard is also used for general collaboration within the classroom.

Application Sharing - After discussing concepts with slides, the Instructor can share part or all of their desktop with students for demonstration purposes.

128 MB RAM (256 MB recommended)
IE 5.0+, Netscape 7.0+, Mozilla 1.0+, Safari 1.1+ (Browser must be Java and JavaScript enabled)
Internet access at 56k or above (Broadband strongly recommended)

* Mac OS9 and Linux have limited features and functionality.
