This course covers new topics related to Android JellyBean 4.1 and 4.2, as well as giving students experience with more advanced topics in developing apps for Android devices. Instructors provide lecture and hands-on training with the tools and concepts to ensure students are able to feel confident to meet the learning objectives. Classroom topics can be customized to your organization.
Prerequisites
The ANDROID-INTRO course is required, or its equivalent. Attendees should be familiar with basic Android building blocks, such as Activities, Services, Provider and Receivers. They should be able to create a basic Android UI using drag-n-drop and xml layouts, understand application lifecycle, and be familiar with Eclipse and the Android SDK tools.
