Agile In Audit – Scrum Fundamentals

AIA Scrum Fundamentals is a bespoke scrum training course created specifically for auditors. As well as covering the Scrum framework, the course covers recommended techniques that can be applied on top of the scrum framework such as burndown charts, estimating and visualization. AIA Scrum Fundamentals (AIA-SF) is a course that presents scrum for audit teams. Delegates learn via a mix of instruction and team-based exercises. The roles, events, artifacts, and rules of Scrum are taught, demonstrated and practiced. Common anti-patterns and misunderstandings are addressed so delegates can apply scrum more effectively.
