An Introduction to Scalaz-Stream

Scalaz-stream is library for doing stream processing and I/O. Paul Chiusano provides an overview of the library, shows its program model, and walks us through some examples of its use. He explains, “The goal of the library is to write programs that do I/O in a compositional way, so we want to be able to assemble them from smaller pieces, and another big goal […] is we want to make it really easy to write code that is resource safe.”
