Jonathan Smiley and Mark Otto came together for a conversation at Cascade SF, with organizer Andi Galpern, to discuss their respective projects, the pros and cons of frameworks, and how they can help you make better websites. The first question they address, and one that is actually a lot trickier than it first appears, "What is a framework?"
