ITIL v3 (includes 2011 update) is as relevant as ever, and continues to be in demand globally by thousands of IT professionals. All the best of ITIL v3 remains in place with ITIL 4. ITIL 4 is now presented within a Service Value System (SVS) to ensure we holistically approach how we deliver and manage our IT services to achieve business outcomes.

The context of ITIL 4 builds upon the ITIL v3 content, with an emphasis on how IT connects and aligns with Agile, Lean and DevOps methods in support of digital transformation. ITIL 4 has evolved to provide an end-to-end IT/Digital Operating Model for technology enabled products and services.
