
In this first of three webinars in this series, you will learn how to correctly identify and document user story content. Most Agile projects exist to implement working software that provides value by satisfying a user story. Too often, though, inadequate user stories diminish Agile project results; and too often the user story issues are not recognized, so problems persist. Ironically, user stories’ seeming simplicity can create complexities that trip up project teams. Typical Agile training seems to focus on the mechanics of managing user stories in backlogs more than on correctly defining the user stories content.
