I caught up with Yukihiro "Matz" Matsumoto, the founder of Ruby, to ask him a few questions before his talk "Ruby 2.0: What We Want to Accomplish in the Near Future" at Twilio in San Francisco on October 7, 2010.
Matz talks a bit about what Ruby 2.0 addresses for enterprise customers and in which areas he expects to see Ruby grow.
