Business Analysis Overview

Business Analysis Overview describes the role of the Business Analyst and provides a high-level review of many common Business Analysis practices. After reviewing core concepts, participants engage in hands-on exercises in order to reinforce the material. Topics include strategic planning, project definition; project requirements development, validation, and management, and additional BA roles. Although the focus is largely on waterfall style projects, the BA role in both waterfall and agile projects is discussed.
