Summary
This course will cover all operational aspects of the CA-Jobtrac product, focusing on effective use of automated production control in the datacenter. CA-Jobtrac features and functions will be examined in detail and then reinforced with practical exercises. The student will learn techniques effective implementation, daily workflow management and effective product utilization.
Prerequisites
The student should have a familiarity with basic TSO/ISPF, JCL and MVS operations.
