"I'm not a trainer, I can't do that!" The majority of trainers have had no formal training in instructional techniques. No wonder they are nervous about standing up in front of a classroom and delivering a training program.This workshop is specifically designed for new instructors. It is designed to provide instructors with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver training with impact. You will learn how to set yourself up for success and how to deliver a polished and professional presentation. You will learn the skills of the most accomplished instructors and have the opportunity to rehearse those skills. Expect plenty of practice. The number of registrations is limited to allow everyone the chance to deliver a training module to the rest of the class. You will receive a videotape of your final presentation, written feedback from each participant and written feedback from the instructor.
