-Basic operating system administration skills -Must have attended the FileNet P8 4.0 Administration course prior to attending this course or equivalent experience-Experience working with computers and Networks

- Create isolated region, queues, rosters, and event logs
- Manage isolation region security
- Process Orchestration and Web Services configuration
- Integration with external systems via component steps
- Manage and maintain workflows in process
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks
- Performance tuning
