Summary
This course teaches experienced BPM administrators the skills required to manage and maintain a process analyzer and process simulator system in a production environment. This course prepares an administrator to maintain the system and support resources using PA and PS to optimize business processes implemented on FileNet BPM.
Prerequisites
-Basic operating system administration skills -Must have attended the FileNet BPM Design course prior to attending this course-Experience working with computers and Networks-Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 architecture is a big plus

Audience
The course material assumes experience in administering a FileNet P8 system with business processes implemented in BPM. A working knowledge of P8 BPM tools is assumed for this course. The audience for this course should be technical in nature.

- Review BPM, PS, and PA architecture and components
- Configuring Process Analyzer and Process Simulator using native tools
- Tune and maintain the Process Analyzer database and software
- Basic troubleshooting techniques for PA/PS
