Summary
The level 3 course is a service level maintenance and repair training program for shared maintenance operators, and is a hands-on course. The course focuses on the interaction and function of the mechanical, electronic, fluid, imaging and substrate transport systems on the HP Indigo 3550/5500. Participants will learn how to apply theoretical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and maintenance skills to resolve problems, install software patches and implement hardware Field Change Orders (FCO). The course will introduce more advanced topics, and review the important fundamental adjustments within the press.
Prerequisites
A person who meets requirements for the FSE Level course has a background of:Has successfully completed HP Indigo 3550/5500 Digital Press; Shared Maintenance program: HF314SA minimum of 3 months experience on the HP Indigo 3550/5500 Digital Press after completing HP Indigo 3550/5500 Digital Press; Shared Maintenance trainingKnowledge of electrical and electronics, system schematics and PC/ WindowsHas good mechanical repair skillsHas experience using electronic test equipment
