Training Summary
InDesign Fundamentals is a two-day course in which you will sharpen your InDesign skills by learning complex and advanced tips and tricks. You will learn shortcuts and other essentials that will save you time. Enhance your creativity by learning how to create PDF fillable forms, design a fixed-layout EPUB, work with tables, and transparency features. In addition, work with creating Table of Contents and Indexes for long documents, working with the Pen tool and object manipulation. After completing this course, you will be able to build page layouts, create, modify and color text and picture frames, use master pages and automatic page numbering, as well as style sheets to save time and ensure consistency. Additionally you will understand how to create multiple-column documents with independent stories flowing throughout, format, align, wrap and curve text, import and manipulate images and graphics with precision, and prep documents for handoff to commercial printers.

Before taking this course, you should be familiar with InDesign and be prepared to further develop your skills.
