Summary
This course will provide the students a firm understanding of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager's (ITSM) architecture to include the client/server relationship, administrative activities and interfaces, an introduction to advanced features and options as well as implementation considerations.
Prerequisites
Students should have basic familiarity of the OS (AIX or Windows 2000), be able to create and modify files with an editor and understand file name and directory structures.
