ITIL® is more relevant than ever and continues to be sought after around the world by IT professionals. It continues to help organizations and individuals get the most out of IT and digital services and is now the de facto global standard for "effectively and efficiently managing services." CAI will explore the four dimensions of service management for each practice. That is, value streams and processes, organizations and people, information and technology, and partners and suppliers. Alternating theory and practice, this course covers the ITIL®4 Collaborate, Assure, and Improve program in 3 days, while preparing for the corresponding certification.

  • The candidate must have passed the ITIL® 4 Foundation and CDS examination
