This is a three day instructor-led course focuses on the skills and knowledge needed to Implement Cisco Jabber with VCS-Expressway and MRA. Students will also learn how to Integrate, Configure, and Troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications IM and Presence.
Prerequisites
Before taking this course, it is recommended that students have foundational IP networking knowledge, such as included with CCENT or CCNA certification. Students should also have a working knowledge of basic IP networking.
