Summary
In a dynamic hands-on environment, students will be taught how to effectively plan, track and communicate and control projects with the MS Project 2003 Professional. Utilizing a detailed reference manual and realistic project scenarios, students will be coached in the best techniques for rapidly building and managing project schedules. This course is intended for project managers, project leaders or any individual who needs to plan, track and analyze project data in Microsoft Project 2003 Professional.
Prerequisites
Students should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and Project Management principles. Prior Knowledge of Microsoft Project 2000, 2002 would be helpful.
