Summary
This course introduces the student to the concepts and techniques of managing Iterative development. using the Rational Unified Process. The focus is on understanding and overcoming the many challenges of iterative development, these challenges include: projects are started with incomplete and changeable requirements, documentation and artifacts evolve throughout the lifecycle; finalized sign-off of one stage does not occur before the next stage begins.
Prerequisites
Students should have taken the Introduction to Iterative Development course or have comparable experience.
