Summary
This course will begin by comparing the Workbench program development life cycle with the traditional, host based development life cycle and will then present some implications of the differences between the two. The class will also provide general guidelines for defining the Workbench role within an organization, determining project feasibility and identifying what must be done in preparation for Workbench deployment.
Prerequisites
The student should have an understanding of the mainframe application development cycle and related vocabulary.
