The goal of this two day, instructor-led course is to provide program managers, project managers, project schedulers the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively to create, update & maintain projects using Microsoft Project 2013/2016 in a Project Online environment. Project Managers are taught how to create project plans and publish the plans to the Online environment enabling them to collaborate with Team Members using Project Online/Project Web App and maintain their project documents, issues, risks and track key deliverables within the Project Sites.
