Training Summary
This class teaches the primary industry wide validation method of Usability testing, for mobile devices. You will learn how to get feedback from your mobile designs from your actual users. The focus of mobile user testing is on whether designs meet user expectations, increase satisfaction and decrease error and confusion in the various contexts mobile. The class includes how to set up and conduct a mobile user test including: troubleshooting mobile device tests; test plan preparation; questionnaire development; moderation and observation skills; reporting and analysis of data.
Prerequisites
Some familiarity with usability concepts is encouraged but not required.
