Training Summary
This class teaches the skills of how to conduct field studies for mobile teams including how to set up and deploy behavioral customer research for mobile experience; facilitation and observation skills; data analysis and reporting. The topic covers Personas in detail and we discuss how to capture and transfer the data used to develop personas. In this class we will discuss how to identify and validate mobile user behavior and to capture and translate field data into your interface planning or design projects.
Prerequisites
No pre-requisites. Just an interest in usability, mobile UX, mobile UI design and how to conduct qualitative research.
