This two-day supplemental instructor-led course provides students from small and medium businesses the knowledge and skills to install and configure System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager for their environments. This course is offered as a bundle with 10964C: Cloud & Datacenter Monitoring with System Center Operations Manager. For groups that would prefer to use this SMB focused supplement in a 10964C class our recommendation is to teach all six modules from the supplement on days 1 and 2 and then continue with 10964C. The prerequisites for this course include: Familiarity with PC hardware and devices.Experience supporting Windows-based systems.Basic experience authoring and editing batch and script files.Experience reviewing Windows application and service logs.Experience configuring or supporting distributed application environments.Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 operating system and network configuration.Working Knowledge of Active Directory.
