DB2 administration tasks, such as migration and keeping your environment consistent, can be error-prone and labor-intensive. CA RC/Migrator™ for DB2 for z/OS and CA RC/Compare™ for DB2 for z/OS are database administration products that help you to perform such tasks more efficiently.
CA RC/Migrator™ for DB2 for z/OS automates tasks such as migrating DB2 objects and altering object definitions. CA RC/Compare™ for DB2 for z/OS automates the task of keeping the DB2 schemas in your environment consistent.
This course will show you how to set up each product. In addition, you learn how to create, analyze, and execute a migration strategy and a compare strategy. Attending this course will help you maintain Db2 environments more efficiently and give you more time to proactively manage other Db2 performance issues.
