Summary
This course will give Oracle Database Administrators a comprehensive overview of the performance monitoring and tuning process for Oracle databases and applications. Students will learn how to use the various Oracle tools, utilities, files, and commands to identify performance problems. In addition, the steps to correct identified performance problems will also be discussed and used in the lab exercises along with going through the Oracle Database 10g automatic tuning features.
