The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) has the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and the Certification in Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA®) to help Business Analysts get the most out of their experience and demonstrate their expertise within the BA profession. IIBA also provides the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA®) which recognizes individuals entering the field of business analysis. This 4 day course will help you prepare and successfully complete the CBAP® or CCBA® certification, or the ECBA® certificate. By the end of this course, you will have a thorough understanding of The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) Knowledge Areas that defines the responsibilities and skills of a Business Analyst. It explains some of the industry's best practices associated with analysis and provides the knowledge to apply the basic framework for analyzing business problems as outlined by the BABOK® 3.0. Students will learn all they need to pass the exam through class room exercises, homework assignments and simulated exams. All of which encourage active participation throughout this course. This course is in compliance with BABOK® 3.0 and will help you meet the eligibility criteria of 35 hours of professional development to be eligible for the CBAP® or CCBA® certification, or the 21 hours or professional development for the ECBA® certificate.
Before taking this course, students should have basic Business Analysis training and experience as a business analyst.
