Summary
This course provides in-depth project management training in Primavera's client/server-based solution. Building off of skills learned in the basic course, this course covers advanced topics in managing resource allocation, future-period bucket planning and resource leveling. Extended workshops at the end of each day provide an opportunity to apply new skills and functionality.
Prerequisites
Students should have taken the Project Management with P6 basic class before attending.
