Product Owner Workshop

Summary
This workshop combines the knowledge and skills development of a training course with the hands-on mentoring of a coaching session, to allow Product Owners to gain direct experience with their actual project in the key concepts and practices of the Product Owner, including product backlog creation and management, requirements analysis, feature set planning and story writing and refinement. The coaching and mentoring activities will assist the project team in preparing their product backlog for use in release planning and subsequent sprints.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Audience
Your core Product Owner team is required for this activity, including the team members providing the primary product management and business analysis. Key stakeholders may be required when working on portions of the product backlog in their areas. Assistance will likely be needed from contributing team members such as UE design and system engineering/architecture. Stakeholders and contributing team members should either attend the workshop, or be available on short notice
