This workshop combines the knowledge and skills development of a training course with the hands-on mentoring of a coaching session, to allow Product Owners to gain direct experience with their actual project in the key concepts and practices of the Product Owner, including product backlog creation and management, requirements analysis, feature set planning and story writing and refinement. The coaching and mentoring activities will assist the project team in preparing their product backlog for use in release planning and subsequent sprints.
