What are the Project Management tools and techniques that add value to the Lean Six Sigma methodology? How do the five (5) Project Management process groups overlap with the five (5) DMAIC Phases on a Lean Six Sigma Project? Our two-day course, Project Management Tools and Techniques for Lean Six Sigma Practitioners - including Deployment Leaders, Master Black Belts, Black Belts, and Green Belts - covers the critical skills necessary to apply project management to initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close Lean Six Sigma projects more effectively and efficiently. This two-day course on Project Management Tools and Techniques for Lean Six Sigma Practitioners will cover the critical skills necessary to apply Project Portfolio Management to an enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma deployment more effectively and to apply project management to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close a Lean Six Sigma project/phase efficiently.
