The focus of this 3-day course is to introduce participants to project management, followed by introducing Project 2013 as tool to manage projects. The format of the course includes workshop, lecture, group discussion, and hand-on use of MS Project 2013
Prerequisites
Students enrolling in this class should have the basic skills and ability to create and update project plans using Microsoft Project 2010. Students can obtain this level of skills and knowledge by taking ProTech's Microsoft Office Project 2010: Level 1.
