Query Management Facility (QMF) for End-Users: DB2 UDB for Windows

Summary
In this course, the concepts of DB2 are briefly presented and discussed. The Structured Query Language (SQL) is presented as the means to access DB2 data. Several guided, hands-on, practice sessions give each attendee an opportunity to use QMF for WINDOWs to build “custom:” reports from DB2 data using the extensive powers of the QMF FORMs panels. Students will learn to use several other QMF for WINDOWs facilities such as Help, Save/Display, Prompted, and SQL Query modes, PROCs.
Prerequisites
Before taking this course, it is recommended that students should have at least six months of Windows experience. No previous database experience is needed.
