SQL Server 2008 Stored Procedures

Summary
This course focuses on the creation of Stored Procedures using the SQL Server Management Studio 2008. With the QL Server Management Studio, the student is shown how to create, execute and debug SQL Server Stored Procedures. The following Control-of-Flow Statements used in Stored Procedures are discussed in detail: BEGIN...END, BREAK, CONTINUE, GOTO label, IF...ELSE, RETURN, TRY...CATCH, WAITFOR and WHILE. Creating Stored Procedures using a Cursor is also presented.
Prerequisites
Students should have taken the Introduction to SQL Server 2008 course or have equivalent SQL Server experience.
