The ultimate objective of this course is to introduce the student to the art of building web applications by iteratively developing the sample database application (provided with Oracle APEX) from scratch. The application demonstrates how to display summary information, use reports and forms for viewing, updating, and adding information, include charts and maps to visualize information, and create dedicated mobile pages. This application has been chosen for this course because you can learn most of the techniques from it for your own future work and leave the class with a repository of sample code. The primary purpose of this course is to teach you how to use Oracle APEX to realize your own development goals.
