Unlocking the Power of Earned Value Management

This facilitator led workshop provides basic principles related to implementing Earned Value Management on government projects, federally funded work or other organizations that require EVM. Course topics include planning for EVM, performance reporting and current best practices which are presented in an engaging format. This course is an effective way to orient the project team towards the reliable implementation of EVM performance measurement processes and procedures. The one-day session includes interactive group exercises, discussions and game-show style questions to reinforce key learning objectives
