Increasing knowledge of diversity can foster greater cultural awareness as well as tap in to the strengths and talents of the entire workforce.This program focuses on developing the ability to embrace diversity, and effectively assess and respond to diversity-driven situations.This course is based upon active learning, with rich, interactive exercises, case studies, and applied experiences.
