Prerequisites include the completion of one of the following:VMware vSphere 4: Install, Configure, Manage (HH627S) VMware vSphere 4: Whats New (HG805S) Equivalent knowledge and administration experience with VMware ESX/ESXi and VMware vCenter Server Experience working at the command prompt is helpful
