Training Summary
This 4-day course teaches students the essentials of creating, testing and debugging the client-side portion of Web-based applications. After a brief review of HTML5 and basic JavaScript, the course covers more intermediate-level JavaScript concepts, the Document Object Model (DOM) and DOM scripting using the popular jQuery framework. Students will also learn how to implement user interface widgets provided by the jQuery UI and jQuery Mobile frameworks. The course concludes with a review of HTML5 JavaScript APIs and a brief introduction to AngularJS and NodeJS.
Prerequisites
Students should have a basic comfort level with HTML, CSS and beginning-level JavaScript
