  • Understanding broad team dynamics using the Everything DiSC Personality profile model
  • Discovering your personal style preferences, together with your motivators, stressors, and strategies to improve your overall workplace effectiveness
  • Identifying other personality style preferences to achieve improved communications effectiveness including active listening, communicating ideas and concepts, and approaches for building consensus on the team.
